Once the design has been agreed we will provide a detailed itemised breakdown of timescales and costs for your perusal and agreement .When you accept our quotation we will arrange for our own architect to visit you with the designated manager in attendance to prepare very detailed drawings as shown below in order for us to submit to the local planning authority for all relevent permisions. We then also take care of all the structural calculations and building services.
When all the plans are approved we will arrange the start date to be mutually convenient .The fully qualified tradesmen will have details of the work involved and they will all be managed on site to intergrate as the work proceeds using only our own very experienced team who all know how the company works and what we expect from them.
