Hudson Building Contractors are full members of the UK Trades Confederation membership no 112993
The UK Trades Confederation was formed in 1995 to initially provide companies in the Construction and Home Improvement industries with a range of services aimed at helping business growth; protection of business by giving information and advice on legislative requirements; and the provision of cost saving schemes through bulk purchase arrangements. The Confederation has attracted members from other areas such as retail, the services sector and b2b, and provides services to 1000’s of businesses, each benefiting from an increased range of services aimed at making business easier and more lucrative in the modern market place.
The Confederation believes that the customer is all important and as such has a strict vetting procedure before allowing companies into membership, that can give the consumer peace of mind, and which must be passed before use of the Confederation’s logo is allowed. This procedure includes the taking of references from past customers prior to acceptance, and the encouragement of the use of Letters of Introduction by member’s which includes customer feedback.
The Confederation has forged many strong links and partnerships with major trade and industry bodies including Trading Standards, FENSA, Elecsa, NICEIC, Certass, QA National Warranties and local building control offices. All these links are aimed at bringing members a large range of business benefits and services to help all aspects of their business.
We look forward to continuing to serve our members and the best interests of their customers.
Mission Statement
It is our policy that only reputable companies and individuals that are committed to improving standards and that wish to be accountable for their work are taken into membership. Therefore, we have devised stringent vetting criteria, which incorporate continued customer assessment to meet that aim.
